Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the helicopter tour? Is it cold up there?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can be cooler up in the air, especially if you're flying in the morning or late afternoon. A light jacket and comfortable shoes are a good idea. You might also want to wear sunglasses to shield from the sun when you're up high. Plus, don’t forget your camera!

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the tour? Can kids go?

A: Kids are totally welcome on the tour! However, there is a minimum age requirement of 2 years old, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. It's a great family experience, just make sure the little ones are ready for a bit of excitement. They'll love the views!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, they’ll definitely help you reschedule. They want everyone to have a great experience, so safety is their top priority. Just keep an eye on the forecast and you can always call them ahead of time if you're unsure. It's super flexible!

Just did the Ancient Sedona Helicopter Tour - Wow! What an experience!

I recently surprised my partner with the Ancient Sedona Helicopter Tour and it was absolutely amazing! We got to see those ancient ruins up close, which you can’t really appreciate from the ground. The views of the red rocks were breathtaking, and the pilot was super knowledgeable about the area. We went in the late afternoon, so the sunset views were just unreal. Totally worth every penny! Anyone else done this?

Thinking about gifting the helicopter tour! Any tips?

I’m considering buying the Ancient Sedona Helicopter Tour as a gift for my brother’s birthday. He’s a huge history buff and I think he’d love seeing the ancient ruins from above! I’m a bit worried about how to make sure he enjoys it. Any tips or experiences to share? What should I know before I book?
