Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this adventure? Looking to take my 8-year-old!

A: There’s no strict age limit! It’s really family-friendly, so your 8-year-old will have a blast. Just make sure they’re comfortable in the water if you go snorkeling. The crew is great with kids, too!

Q: What if the weather turns bad on the day we booked? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, you can totally reschedule if the weather isn’t cooperating! Just contact Passage Key Dolphin Tours, and they’ll work with you to find another date. Safety is their top priority, so don’t worry too much.

Q: What’s the best time of year to do this? I want to see dolphins!

A: Late spring to early summer is great for dolphin sightings! The waters are warm, and the dolphins are usually out and about. However, you can see them year-round; it just depends on the day. Take your chances!

Just got back from the Anna Maria Island adventure – what an amazing day!

We did the 'Build Your Own Adventure' with Passage Key Dolphin Tours, and it was fantastic! We spent time snorkeling at Egmont Key and saw a bunch of dolphins. The crew was super friendly and provided all the gear. Definitely worth the price! Just be sure to bring sunscreen and snacks for the day.

Considering this for a gift – is it really as good as it sounds?

I'm looking at the Anna Maria Island 'Build Your Own Adventure' experience for my dad's birthday. He loves the water but isn’t a huge swimmer. Is the snorkeling easy for beginners? How was the experience overall?
