Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this backcountry tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit for the tour, but they recommend it for kids 5 and up. Just keep in mind that the 4x4 ride can be bumpy in the backcountry, so younger kids might need a bit of extra support. If you're bringing younger ones, make sure they can sit still for a few hours and follow along with the guide.

Q: What should we wear for the Arches National Park backcountry tour?

A: I'd recommend wearing layers! Mornings can be chilly, but it warms up fast in the sun. Also, sturdy shoes are a must since you might hop out for photos on uneven ground. Don't forget a hat and sunglasses too—it can get bright out there!

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather's bad?

A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule due to weather! Just reach out to Moab Scenic Adventures as soon as you know. They’re pretty flexible with changing dates, especially if it’s a safety concern. Just be sure to give them a heads up!

Hey everyone! I'm thinking of getting the Arches National Park Backcountry Tour for my parents' anniversary. They love nature and photography, so I think it’d be perfect! I heard you can stop for photos whenever, which is awesome. Has anyone done this tour? What was the highlight for you? And how was the guide?
