Q&A
A: Kids are definitely welcome on this tour! Aloha Sunshine Tours is family-friendly and they usually have no strict age limits. Just make sure to keep an eye on your little one during the memorial sites since it can get emotional. It's a great educational experience for kids too!
A: The tour usually lasts about 4-6 hours, including the time spent at Pearl Harbor and the driving tour around Honolulu. You'll get ample time to explore the memorial and the museums, plus the historic sites in downtown. It's a full morning or early afternoon experience!
A: Aloha Sunshine Tours runs the tour rain or shine! The majority of the tour is indoors at the memorial and museums, so light rain shouldn't be a problem. If there are severe weather conditions, they will reach out to reschedule you. Always good to check the weather ahead though!

Considering the Pearl Harbor Tour as a gift, thoughts?
I’m thinking of gifting the Arizona Memorial & Honolulu City Tour to my dad for his birthday. He’s super into history, especially WWII stuff. I read you get to see the USS Arizona Memorial and some historical spots in downtown Honolulu. Any tips on what to expect? Is the drive nice? Would he need to wear anything specific for the memorial?
Just did the Pearl Harbor tour, and wow!
I just got back from the Arizona Memorial & Honolulu City Tour! It was incredible. The guide was super knowledgeable, and the memorial is so hauntingly beautiful. We also saw I’olani Palace which was a cool bonus. I'd totally recommend this for anyone who loves history and learning more about Hawaii. Just be prepared for some tears at the memorial!
