A: When you arrive at ATL, head to the arrivals terminal. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. If you don’t see them right away, you can always call the number they provide in the confirmation email. They’re usually very prompt!

I booked the arrival transfer from Atlanta airport to my hotel in Buckhead, and honestly, I was super impressed! The driver met me right at baggage claim with a sign and was super friendly.
