Q&A

Q: Are there age restrictions for the escape games at Ashland Escape Games?

A: There aren't strict age restrictions, but I'd recommend that kids be at least 10 or so to fully enjoy the puzzles. Younger kids can definitely join, but they might need some help from parents. It’s super family-friendly and a blast for all ages!

Q: What should we wear for the escape games? Is it physically demanding?

A: Casual clothes are perfect! You won’t be doing any extreme physical activities, but you might want to be comfortable moving around and sitting for a bit. Definitely wear something you don't mind getting a bit cluttered, as some rooms have props and interactive elements.

Q: Can I reschedule if we can’t make our original booking?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just make sure to give them a heads up at least 24 hours in advance. They’re usually pretty accommodating, so you should be fine as long as you communicate with them early.
