Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit for the Astroville Tunnel Tour! Kids are more than welcome to join, and it can be a fun and educational experience for them. Just be aware that the tunnels can get a bit crowded, so make sure to keep an eye on younger ones. It's a great way to keep out of the heat, too!
A: The tours typically run several times a week, but it’s best to check their website for specific availability. If you need to reschedule, they’re pretty flexible as long as you give them a heads up. Just try to do it at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees!
A: Wear comfortable shoes since you'll be doing some walking. The tunnels are air-conditioned, so dress in layers if you plan on going outside afterward. I’d recommend breathable clothes, especially since you might be walking between buildings. A light jacket might be good too, just in case!

Just did the Astroville Tunnel Tour and I loved it!
I went on the Astroville Tunnel Tour last weekend and it was such a cool experience! The holiday decorations were so pretty, and our guide knew so much about Houston's history. The highlight was definitely hopping in that vintage BMW Isetta – it was adorable! I took tons of pictures, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Texas heat. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to do something fun in downtown Houston!
Thinking of gifting the Tunnel Tour – any advice?
I’m planning to gift this Astroville Tunnel Tour to my friend who just moved to Houston. Do you think it’s a good idea? I want them to have a fun way to explore the city. Any tips on what to expect or how to make it special?
