Atlantic City is known for its many casinos, beaches and iconic Boardwalk. Helicopter charters are a convenient and safe alternative to the 3-hour drive, especially if you are looking to make the most of your evening. Your private helicopter will conveniently depart from your preferred Manhattan heliport and land at Atlantic City Airport, only a short drive from the most popular casinos and restaurants. Alternatively you may request landing at the Steel Pier located right on the Boardwalk (subject to availability). Upon arrival in Atlantic City, you will have up to 4-5 hours to explore, see a concert or have dinner while your helicopter waits. After 4-5 hours you will return to your helicopter and conclude the evening with a smooth helicopter flight back to Manhattan and a quick skyline tour before landing. Flight time approximately 45-50 minutes each way. Dinner, entertainment and ground transportation costs in Atlantic City are not included in the price of this experience.

Q&A

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day we’re supposed to fly?

A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, Wings Air Helicopters will likely reach out to you to discuss rescheduling. They prioritize safety, so if it's too windy or visibility is low, they'll give you options to pick a new date. Just make sure to keep an eye on the forecast, and don’t hesitate to contact them for updates.

Q: Is there an age limit for this experience? Can kids come along?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but children need to be accompanied by an adult. I took my 10-year-old, and he loved it! Just make sure they’re old enough to wear a headset comfortably, and check with Wings Air if you're unsure.

Q: How much time do we get to spend in Atlantic City? Is it enough for dinner and a show?

A: You get about 4-5 hours in Atlantic City, which is enough to grab dinner and catch a show. Just plan ahead and maybe make dinner reservations to avoid long waits. There’s a lot to do, from casinos to the Boardwalk, so you can really make the most of your time there!

Thinking about booking the Atlantic City Night Out from NYC helicopter experience!

Hey everyone, I’m considering this as a birthday gift for my partner. The idea of flying from NYC to Atlantic City by helicopter sounds amazing! I’m curious about how the return trip works. Is it better to schedule an early dinner and then hit a show? Also, how’s the view on the ride back? Any tips would be awesome!

Just did the Atlantic City helicopter tour, and it was unforgettable!

OMG, if you’re considering this, just do it! We flew out of Manhattan and the ride was so smooth. Once we got to AC, we checked out the Boardwalk and grabbed some dinner before hitting a concert. The whole experience felt so exclusive and fun! The ride back with the skyline view was the cherry on top. Highly recommend it!
