Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the Austin E-Bike Tour?

A: Yes, the Austin E-Bike Tour is generally recommended for riders 12 years and older. Kids under 12 usually can't ride on their own, but they can join on a tandem bike with an adult. Just make sure they’re comfortable riding and can reach the pedals. Always good to check with the provider if you have specific concerns!

Q: What should I wear for the e-bike tour? Is it casual?

A: Absolutely, wear something comfortable! Athletic wear is great, and don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen since you’ll be outdoors a lot. Closed-toe shoes are a must for safety, and maybe a light jacket if the weather's cooler. Just be ready to enjoy the breeze on the ride!

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?

A: If it's looking like rain, they usually will contact you to reschedule. They really want everyone to have a good experience, so they'll try to find a time that works for you. Just make sure to check the weather forecast ahead of time!

Thinking of gifting the Austin E-Bike Tour, any thoughts?

So I’m considering this e-bike tour in Austin as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He loves outdoor activities and I heard the tour stops at Barton Springs and the Bat Bridge. The idea of cruising around Austin on an e-bike sounds awesome! Just worried about how hilly it might be? Any tips from folks who’ve gone?

Just did the Austin E-Bike Tour, here’s my review!

OMG, we just finished the Austin E-Bike Tour and it was a blast! Our guide was super knowledgeable, and seeing the Stevie Ray Vaughan statue was a highlight. We rode for about 3 hours, and the e-bikes made it so easy to manage the hills. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a unique way to see the city!
