Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Haunted Ghost & Murder Tour?

A: There's no strict age limit, but I'd recommend this tour for ages 12 and up. The stories can get a bit intense, so it might not be suitable for younger kids. Just be sure to check with the guide if you're bringing someone under 12.

Q: What's the best way to prepare for the tour? Any tips?

A: Dress comfortably and wear good walking shoes since you'll be on your feet for about two hours. Also, check the weather ahead of time and bring an umbrella if rain is in the forecast. And don’t forget to charge your phone for some ghostly pics!

Q: What if it rains? Do they cancel the tour?

A: They usually don’t cancel for rain unless it’s really severe. If conditions are questionable, they might offer rescheduling, so it’s good to check with the tour operators. Just be prepared for a little wet weather—it can add to the spooky vibe!

Just did Austin's Haunted Ghost & Murder Tour—what a blast!

I went on the tour last weekend and it was amazing! Our guide was super passionate and shared some crazy stories about the Driskill Hotel and the Servant Girl Annihilator. The walk was about 2 miles, but honestly, it didn't feel long at all. I highly recommend it for any ghost story fans. Also, The Tavern was such a cool start point! Can't wait to do it again!

Considering the Haunted Ghost Tour as a gift—thoughts?

I’m thinking of getting this tour for my friend who loves ghost stories and history. I know it’s about 2 hours long and starts at The Tavern. Has anyone done it recently? What was the vibe like? Any tips?
