Q&A
A: Great question! The tour is kid-friendly, so there’s no strict age limit. Kids can definitely join, but keep in mind that they might not enjoy all the taco options. Just let the guide know if you have any specific needs for the kids.
A: The taco tastings are a nice size—enough to get a good feel for each place without overdoing it. You’ll get to try three different tacos at various stops, and they’re really delicious! Plus, you get a dessert afterward which is the cherry on top.
A: If it rains, the tour may get rescheduled. The company usually contacts participants in advance if the weather looks sketchy. You can also reach out to them directly to discuss your options. They are pretty flexible!

Just did the Austin Taco Tour and it was AMAZING!
I took the Austin Small Group Taco Food Walking Tour last weekend and wow, it was so much fun! We hit up three awesome taco joints and each one was better than the last. I loved the shrimp macha taco, and the doughnut at the end was a perfect sweet treat. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and we even saw the Willie Nelson statue and the Congress Ave bridge along the way. Totally worth it!
Thinking about gifting the taco tour for my friend's birthday!
My friend loves tacos and I think this small group tour would be perfect for her birthday! Has anyone done this? What was the best part? I'm worried about parking since I’m not familiar with Austin.
