Q: Is there a specific age limit for the sunrise yoga experience?

A: There's no strict age limit for the Awaken with the Desert experience, but it's best suited for ages 12 and up. Just keep in mind that since it's outdoors, younger kids might not appreciate the calm vibe or the early start as much. Just check with your group on their comfort level!

Q: What should we wear for the yoga session? Is it cold in the morning?

A: Layering is key for the morning sessions! It can be chilly at sunrise, so I’d recommend wearing a light long-sleeve top you can easily take off once you warm up. Don’t forget comfortable yoga pants and a good pair of sneakers for walking to the spot. The mats are provided, so no stress there!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our session?

A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, they'll typically reschedule your session or offer you a credit for a future date. It's always a good idea to check the forecast a few days ahead, and the instructors are super chill about keeping everyone updated on any changes!

Wow, what an incredible morning! The sunrise over the desert was just breathtaking. The yoga instructor made everyone feel so welcome, and I really felt a sense of connection with the group. I’d say it’s a must-do for anyone visiting Phoenix! Totally worth the early wake-up call!
