Q&A
A: There's no specific age limit for kids on the Battleships of WWII tour! However, I'd recommend it for ages 10 and up since the material can be heavy. They might not fully grasp the history if they’re too young. Plus, the tour includes some walking and possibly waiting, so keep that in mind when planning to bring younger kids.
A: They usually do not cancel for bad weather unless it's really severe, like a hurricane. If something changes, they’ll let you know and can often reschedule to a different day. Just check the forecast ahead of time and be prepared for potential rain. Bring a poncho just in case!
A: Dress in layers! It can get warm in Waikiki, but the boat ride might be a bit breezy. Comfortable shoes are a must since there’s some walking involved at the memorial. Also, don’t forget sunscreen! You’ll be outside a bit.

Thinking about gifting this Pearl Harbor tour. Anyone been?
I'm really considering giving this Battleships of WWII tour at Pearl Harbor as a gift for my dad. He’s a huge history buff, and I think he’d love the USS Arizona Memorial experience. Just wondering how intense the tour is and if it’s suitable for an older crowd. Also, any tips on parking or getting there from Waikiki?
Just came back from the Pearl Harbor tour—amazing experience!
I just finished the Battleships of WWII tour at Pearl Harbor, and wow, what a powerful experience! The guide was super knowledgeable, and the documentary about the USS Arizona was so moving. Really felt the history come alive. A must-do if you’re in Honolulu!
