A: There’s no strict age limit, but kids should be accompanied by an adult. Just keep in mind that the sauna gets pretty hot, so you’ll want to make sure they’re comfortable with the heat. It’s a great family experience if everyone’s up for it!
A: You’ll want to wear a swimsuit for the sauna and cold plunge, and maybe bring a cover-up or shorts for when you’re lounging on the beach. Flip-flops are a must too, as the sand can get really hot! A towel is always a good idea.
A: If the weather isn’t cooperating, Tahoe Multisport will usually reach out to reschedule. They’re pretty flexible, and you want to enjoy it anyway! Just keep an eye on the forecast as your date approaches.

I just booked the Beach Sauna experience at Lake Tahoe! It’s right on the shore, and I can’t wait to try the cold plunge after sweating it out in the sauna. I heard the water is stunningly clear. I’m a bit nervous about the heat though, as I’ve never done a sauna this hot before! Anyone have tips?
Just did the Beach Sauna at Tahoe - it was incredible!
OMG, the Beach Sauna experience was unreal! We sweated it out in the sauna (it was HOT, like 200 degrees!) and then took the plunge into Lake Tahoe. The water was freezing but so refreshing! I highly recommend it for a unique gift or just to treat yourself. Just make sure to hydrate!
