Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit, but it's best for those 12 and up. Younger kids might find it hard to stay focused for the duration. Just keep in mind that it’s a chill vibe, so older folks or those new to yoga will feel right at home too! Bring a mat if you have one, but they provide water.
A: Definitely wear something comfortable! Light, breathable clothes are best since you’ll be on the beach. A swimsuit under your yoga gear can also be a good idea, just in case you wanna take a dip after! Don't forget sunscreen, and a hat can help too.

Thinking of gifting the Beach Yoga Experience in Miami Beach!
Hey everyone! I'm considering this Beach Yoga Experience as a gift for my sister's birthday. She's been getting into yoga lately and loves the beach vibe. Has anyone done this yet? How was it? Any tips or recommendations? The fact that it’s free is such a bonus! Just wanted to make sure it’s as good as it sounds.
Just tried the Beach Yoga Experience and WOW!
Wow, just got back from the Beach Yoga Experience in Miami, and I can’t recommend it enough! The instructor was really welcoming, and doing yoga with the sound of the waves was just magical. They offer complimentary water too! Such a relaxing way to start the day. I think it’s perfect for anyone who needs to unwind or just wants to connect with nature. Have any of you done this in the evening? I bet it’s beautiful!
