Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the beach volleyball class? I'm thinking about gifting it to my 14-year-old cousin.

A: No age limit for the beginner class! It's open to anyone, but kids under 16 should come with an adult. It's super fun and a great way to meet new friends. Just be sure to check with them about the schedule.

Q: What if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule our class?

A: Since it's indoors, weather won't affect your class at all! If you need to reschedule for a different reason, just reach out to QBK Sports. They are super accommodating with changes and will help you find a new time.

Q: What should I wear to the beginner beach volleyball class?

A: Wear comfy athletic clothes! You can play barefoot, but I recommend bringing flip-flops or slides for when you’re not on the court. Also, don’t forget water to stay hydrated! It can get sweaty, but that's part of the fun.

Just did the beach volleyball class in NYC! Here’s my take!

I just took the beginner beach volleyball class at QBK Sports in Long Island, and it was amazing! The instructors were super chill and gave great tips. I went solo and ended up making a few friends who I might play with again. The whole vibe is really relaxed. Afterward, we grabbed drinks at the bar, which was the perfect way to unwind. Totally worth it for $0!

Thinking about gifting the beach volleyball class but unsure!

I'm considering giving this beach volleyball class to my friends as a gift. I’ve never played volleyball before, so I’m kinda nervous about how beginners are treated. Anyone done it? How was the vibe?
