Q&A

Q: What's the best time of year to do this walking tour? I want to buy it for my sister's birthday!

A: I'd say spring and fall are the best times for this tour! The weather's usually perfect for walking, and the views from the Brooklyn Bridge and DUMBO are amazing with the fall colors or spring blooms. Just keep in mind that summer can be pretty hot, and winter could be chilly, so dress accordingly if you're considering those seasons.

Q: Are there any age limits for this tour? Can kids join?

A: Kids are definitely welcome on the tour! As long as they can walk the distance and are interested in the history, it should be a fun experience for the whole family. I took my 10-year-old, and he loved learning about the Brooklyn Bridge while also enjoying the views.

Q: What if it rains on the day of the tour? Can we reschedule?

A: If it rains, you can definitely reschedule! Just make sure to contact the tour provider in advance to find another date that works. They’re usually pretty flexible, especially if the weather’s bad. I rescheduled once, and it was super easy.
