Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for this food tour? Can kids join?

A: Great question! Kids are definitely welcome on the tour. Just keep in mind that some of the food items, like the tacos and hot chocolate, may be more appealing to older kids. It's a fun way for the whole family to explore Brooklyn together! Just make sure to let the guide know if you have any special dietary needs.

Q: What should we wear for the food tour? Is it casual or more dressy?

A: Casual is definitely the way to go! You’ll be walking a lot, so comfy shoes are a must. The tour goes through some beautiful spots, so you might want to dress a bit nicer if you want some good photos with the skyline. Just keep in mind the weather, it can get chilly by the water!

Q: If it rains, can we reschedule the tour? What’s the cancellation policy?

A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule if the weather's bad! Funky Experiences is usually pretty flexible about that. Just reach out to them at least 24 hours in advance, and they can help you find a new date. So no worries there!

Just did the Best of New York Food Tour in Dumbo!

I went on this food tour last weekend and it was amazing! We tried the best pizza and the hot chocolate was to die for. The tour guide was super knowledgeable about the history of Dumbo too, which made it even better. Seeing the NYC skyline from the promenade was breathtaking, especially at sunset. Definitely worth the price, and I'm thinking of gifting it to my sister for her birthday!

Thinking of booking the food tour as a gift!

Hey everyone, I'm considering getting this food tour for my parents. They love trying new foods but I'm worried about if they can keep up with the walking. Anyone know if it’s super strenuous or just a leisurely stroll?
