Q&A
A: There’s no age limit for the Maid of the Mist! It’s suitable for all ages, even little ones. Just make sure to bring a life jacket if you have a very young child, as they require them on the boat. The tour guides are super helpful and can assist with anything you need!
A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. They provide ponchos, but I’d suggest wearing something that can handle a good splash since you get pretty close to the falls. Layering is also key since it can be chilly near the water!
A: The tour offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off from your hotel or location in Niagara Falls, NY. Just let them know where you're staying when you book! The luxury van is pretty spacious, and they keep it nice and clean. Just be ready about 15 minutes early!

Thinking of gifting the Best of Niagara Falls Tour — anyone done it?
I’m considering gifting this tour to my parents for their anniversary! They love nature and history. I read that the Cave of the Winds is included, which sounds amazing. Just want to know if it’s worth it and if the guides are fun. Also, how close do you really get to the falls on the Maid of the Mist?
Was the Maid of the Mist worth it?
Just got back from the Best of Niagara Falls tour and wow! The Maid of the Mist was insane—you're literally almost under the falls! The Cave of the Winds part was also cool, but wear good shoes. I’m thinking of giving this as a gift for my friend’s birthday. Anyone have tips?
