Q&A
A: It's best to book at least a month in advance, especially if you're looking to go during the peak summer months. The tours can fill up quickly! If you have specific dates in mind, don’t wait too long. Also, keep in mind that they offer smaller groups, which makes for a more personal experience.
A: Definitely wear layers! Mornings can be chilly in Yellowstone, but it warms up during the day. Comfortable hiking shoes are a must since you may do some walking. Also, bring a hat and sunglasses. They provide snacks and drinks, but you might want to pack a light jacket just in case.
A: Yes, you can reschedule as long as you give them enough notice. They really prioritize safety, so if the forecast looks terrible, they'll reach out to you. Just keep an eye on the weather leading up to your tour day!

Just booked the Yellowstone safari tour! Any tips?
I just booked the Best of Yellowstone safari tour for my partner's birthday! Super excited! It's with Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris, and they say it’s a small group, max 8 people. I really hope we get to see some wildlife! What’s the best time of year for that? Any tips on what to prepare for?
Experience Report: Yellowstone Safari Tour
Wow, just got back from the Best of Yellowstone safari tour and it was incredible! The guide was super knowledgeable and we saw so much wildlife, including a bear and a herd of bison! They provided lunch and snacks which were surprisingly good. If you’re thinking about gifting this experience, do it! Just remember, the weather can change fast!
