Big Boat Sailing Oceanside California

Large Sailing Yacht and Adventure. We look for Whales and Dolphins, as well as a visit to our local seal lion colony . Our boat has a special bow seat that allows lucky guests to sit out overhanging the bow to possibly sit over the playful dolphins or just fell like you are hovering over the water. On warm summer days we break out the tow behind and allow guests to jump in and sit out on the moving swim pad. The adventure lasts four hours and our small Oceanside harbor allows us to be out on the open Pacific Ocean within minutes. If you are looking for Fun things to do in San Diego and are a bit adventurous... You have Found it! Snacks like fine cheese and crackers and grapes are included. Guests are welcome to bring your own food and drink. Alcoholic beverages are acceptable to bring as well. Wonderful life memories made here, aboard our beautiful 45 Foot Sailing Yacht, Song of David. Groups greater that six people are encouraged to call.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids to go on this sailing adventure?

A: There isn't a strict age limit! Kids are welcome as long as they can follow instructions. Just keep in mind that younger ones might need to be supervised closely since we're out on the ocean and things can get a little bumpy. It's a fantastic experience for all ages, though!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day we’re supposed to go?

A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, the crew will reschedule your sailing adventure. They'll reach out to you ahead of time to let you know, so make sure your contact info is accurate. It’s really important to prioritize safety out on the water!

Q: What should we wear for the sailing trip?

A: Dress in layers! It can get chilly out on the water, especially if the wind picks up. I'd recommend wearing comfortable shoes, maybe some flip-flops or non-slip ones, and definitely bring a light jacket. Don’t forget sunscreen!

Just booked the Big Boat Sailing experience in Oceanside!

I’m so excited! I booked it for next Saturday for my partner's birthday. I hope we get to see dolphins! I heard the bow seat is amazing and the charcuterie board sounds delicious. I’m also planning to bring some wine. Can’t wait to share this adventure!
