Q&A
A: Yes! With the 48hr pass, you can use it for 48 hours from the time you first hop on. So, if you start at noon on a Saturday, it will be valid until noon on Monday. Just remember that you can only hop on and off within that time frame, so plan your stops accordingly!
A: Absolutely! You can purchase it and just give them the confirmation email. They can then redeem it by showing that email at any Big Bus stop. Just make sure they download the app for smoother experience with live tracking!
A: Comfortable clothes and shoes are your best bet! There are open-top buses, so layers are good if the weather's unpredictable. Also, yes, it's great for kids! They’ll love the views and the app has fun stuff for them to listen to.

Thinking of gifting the Big Bus Tour for my parents! Anyone tried it?
I want to get my parents something fun for their anniversary, and I think the Big Bus Chicago Hop-On Hop-Off tour would be perfect! They love exploring and have never been to Chicago. Any tips on the best stops or things to do while they're on the tour? They’d probably go for the 48hr pass.
Just did the Big Bus tour and it was awesome!
I recently took the Big Bus Chicago tour and loved it! The views from the top deck were amazing, especially around the Riverwalk. We hopped on and off a few times at Millennium Park and even went shopping at the Magnificent Mile. Pro tip: the app is super helpful for tracking bus times, we didn’t have to wait long at all! Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Chicago.
