A: Great question! There’s no strict age limit, but kids can ride if they’re tall enough to wear the helmets safely. Typically, around 12 years old is recommended. For weight, each Slingshot can hold about 400 lbs total, so just keep that in mind. It’s a perfect family outing!

Q: What should we wear for the Slingshot tour? Any recommendations?

A: Definitely dress comfortably! Lightweight clothing is best since the Slingshot has no roof. Also, I recommend wearing closed-toe shoes for better grip. Sunscreen is a must, and maybe bring a light jacket if you get chilly at the lookouts. You’ll want to be ready for sun and wind!

OMG, we had the best time on the Big Island Double Valley Slingshot tour! The views from Pololu Lookout were insane, and cruising in the Slingshot with the top down was such a vibe. We even stopped at a swimming hole and got to cool off. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique day out. Worth every penny!
