Q&A

Q: Are there age limits for kids on the whale watch tour?

A: There aren't strict age limits for the whale watch tour, but kids under 5 might not have the best experience due to the boat's motion. It's generally recommended for kids aged 6 and up, though families with younger kids have joined without issues. Just make sure to bring life jackets if they're not provided!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?

A: If the weather looks questionable, they usually notify you a day before. If they have to cancel due to bad conditions, you can either reschedule or get a full refund. They take safety seriously, so it's good to know they won't take you out in rough seas.

Q: What should we wear on the whale watch tour?

A: Dress in layers since it can get windy out on the water! I recommend a light jacket and maybe some sunscreen. Also, wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. The boat can splash, and you don’t wanna be uncomfortable while whale watching!
