Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this bioluminescence raft tour? Can younger kids join?

A: Nope, there’s no specific age limit! This tour is designed to be family-friendly, so kids of all ages can join. Just make sure they can paddle a bit or are okay to sit and enjoy the ride. It's really a magical experience for everyone.

Q: What should we wear for the bioluminescence rafting tour? Any suggestions?

A: Definitely dress in light, comfortable clothing since it can get a bit warm. I’d recommend wearing flip-flops or water shoes, and bringing a light jacket just in case it gets chilly on the water at night. And don’t forget your swimsuit if you plan to dip in!

Q: What if it rains on the day of the tour? Do they cancel or reschedule?

A: They usually check the weather and will contact you if there’s a need to reschedule. If it’s just light rain, they might still go ahead! It’s best to call them a day before and keep an eye on the forecast.

Just did the bioluminescence tour and I'm still buzzing!

I just got back from the bioluminescence rafting tour at Merritt Island, and wow, what an experience! It was so cool to paddle through the glowing waters and see the fish lighting up. Our guide was super knowledgeable about the local wildlife, which made it even better. If you're thinking about gifting this to someone, do it! Just a heads-up, it's best to take the night tour in summer for the full effect. Can't recommend it enough!

Thinking of this for a family gift!

I’m looking to get the bioluminescence rafting tour as a family gift for my kids and parents. Has anyone done it? I want to make sure it's worth it and everyone's gonna enjoy it since my parents are a bit older. Also, how’s the parking situation at the launch site?
