You will see locations made famous by movies, and other forms of commercial media taken here in Monument Valley. You will be taken to a traditional Navajo demonstration home where a Navajo woman will show you how some of our Navajo crafts came to be.

Q: Is there a weight limit for the tours? I’m worried about my partner since they’re a bit heavier.

A: There isn't a strict weight limit, but the vehicles are made for comfort. The guides are really accommodating, so if you have any specific concerns, just give them a call before your tour. They want to make sure everyone enjoys the experience!

Q: What should we wear for the tour? Is it really dusty out there?

A: Definitely wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes since it can get pretty dusty. I'd recommend sunglasses and a hat too, especially in the summer. The guides will provide water, so you don’t have to lug a bunch around.

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather's bad? What’s the policy?

A: Yes, you can reschedule if there's severe weather. It's best to call them directly; they’re very flexible and want you to have the best experience possible. If it’s just a little rain, the tour might still go ahead, so keep that in mind!

Just came back from the Blackwater Tours - WOW!

I just did the 2.5-hour tour and it blew my mind! The views are incredible, and the Navajo guide was so passionate about the history. The stop at the demonstration home was a highlight! If you're thinking about gifting this, do it! Worth every penny.
