Join us for a family-friendly adventure to the pristine Capers Island Preserve aboard our shaded excursion vessel featuring a restroom and beaching ramp. Crab the old-fashioned way using hand lines and nets, while your naturalist guide pulls crab traps to teach you about blue and stone crabs’ life cycles. Enjoy a scenic eco-tour with chances to spot dolphins and coastal wildlife. Once on the beach, swim, explore, or try your hand at catching crabs—don’t worry, we catch and release! The highlight? A delicious crab boil with fresh, locally caught steamed crabs served with melted butter, Old Bay, and ice-cold watermelon. Perfect for all ages—fun, educational, and delicious!

Looking for advice on the Blue Crabbing Excursion - anyone tried it?

I'm thinking of gifting the Blue Crabbing Excursion for my family's summer trip to Isle of Palms! It sounds super fun to crab the old-fashioned way and then enjoy that crab boil. How's the experience? I’m curious about the guide and if it’s really family-friendly. Any tips?

Just did the Blue Crabbing Excursion - what an adventure!

Wow, the Blue Crabbing Excursion was amazing! The naturalist guide taught us so much about crabs, and the boat ride was scenic. No dolphins for us, but we did spot some cool birds! The crab boil at the end was the highlight. Perfect for a family outing, highly recommend it!
