Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but kids should be at least 5 years old to enjoy the ride and the views safely. If you’re bringing younger kids, just check with the tour provider ahead of time to make sure it's a good fit for them. They’ll also be able to provide booster seats if needed.
A: Definitely wear layers! Mountain weather can change fast. Bring a light jacket or fleece, and don't forget comfortable shoes for walking at the stops. A hat and sunglasses are great for sunny days too. They provide ponchos, but it’s always smart to be prepared!
A: Rain is pretty common in the mountains, but if conditions become dangerous, they will cancel and give a full refund. Otherwise, they equip you with ponchos, so you can still enjoy the experience. Just be ready for some wet weather, it can add to the adventure!

Thinking of booking the Blue Ridge Parkway Jeep Tour! Any tips?
I'm planning on booking the Blue Ridge Parkway Jeep Tour this October since I've heard the fall foliage is stunning. I’ve never done a jeep tour before, and I’m a bit nervous about what to expect. How bumpy is it? Are the views really that great? Also, is it better to go in the morning or afternoon? Any advice would be super helpful!
Just finished the Blue Ridge Parkway Jeep Tour and wow!
I just got back from the Jeep Tour, and it was AMAZING! The fall colors were in full bloom, and our guide shared so much history about the area. The stops at the overlooks were perfect for pictures. Definitely bring a camera! Also, I suggest wearing layers because it gets chilly up high. Can’t recommend this enough!
