Bonjour! Growing up in Cajun Country (Lafayette, LA) my family has utilized the resources from the along the Vermilion and Atchafalaya Rivers' for over two centuries. The first recipe I ever learned was from my grandfather Autoine Leon which resulted in " Big Popoa" homemade buttermilk biscuits! Specializing in Creole cuisine I use the freshest Louisiana seafood and ingredients to create my spectacular dishes and never forget to throw in the "Holy Trinity". With mealtime being the focal point of my upbringing I have fond memories with family and friends of community, togetherness, and celebration. Hospitality and cooking are in my roots and I can't wait to share my family's southern dishes with you! All ingredients are locally sourced and you'll be served the freshest Louisiana seafood! Now come on down and Let's Eat!

Q&A

Q: Is there a dress code for the Bom Creole Dining Experience? Asking for a gift for my sister's birthday!

A: There isn't a strict dress code, but I'd recommend something casual and comfy since there's a pool involved! Maybe a nice sundress or shorts and a nice shirt. Just keep in mind you'll want to feel relaxed while enjoying the great food and atmosphere!

Q: Can I reschedule if something comes up? Looking to book for my parents' anniversary.

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just make sure to contact Chef Tiger's team at least 48 hours in advance. They’re really accommodating and want to ensure you have a great experience. Perfect choice for an anniversary gift—your parents will love it!

Q: What kind of food can we expect? Is it all seafood or are there options for non-seafood eaters?

A: Chef Tiger offers a variety of dishes, so don’t worry if you’re not a seafood fan! There should be options featuring chicken and some delicious vegetarian sides. It's all about that Creole flavor, so you’ll still get an authentic experience even if you skip the seafood!

Just booked the Bom Creole Dining Experience for my wife’s birthday!

I’m really excited! We’re heading to New Orleans next month, and I think this will be such a fun way to celebrate. The pool sounds amazing, plus I’ve heard Chef Tiger’s food is out of this world. What should I expect? Anyone else done this before?

Considering the Bom Creole Dining Experience for my friend's graduation gift!

This sounds so fun and unique! I love that it’s in New Orleans, and I heard Chef Tiger is an amazing host. How long does the experience usually last? I want to make sure to block out enough time for my friend to really enjoy it.
