Q&A
A: The tour is suitable for all ages, but keep in mind that it's a walking tour, so younger kids might get restless. If you have kids, definitely check with the guide ahead of time to see how they can engage during the tour. There’s a lot of history and stories, so it might be more enjoyable for older kids who can appreciate that.
A: If it rains, they provide umbrellas for shade or rain, so you don’t have to worry too much! However, if the weather is severe, they might cancel the tour and will reschedule for you. Definitely keep an eye on the forecast and reach out to them if you're unsure the day before.
A: There’s some parking available at Bonaventure Cemetery, but it can get crowded, especially on weekends. If you want to avoid the stress of finding a spot, I’d recommend using the transportation service that comes with the tour. It’s a nice, hassle-free option to start your experience!

Thinking of gifting the Bonaventure Cemetery Tour, anyone done it?
Hey everyone! I'm thinking of getting this walking tour for my partner's birthday. I've heard it’s great because the guide is a local historian, which sounds way better than the generic ones. Plus, the whole door-to-door service is a nice touch! Anyone have thoughts on how it went or if you think it’s a good gift idea?
Just did the Bonaventure Cemetery tour and WOW!
I went on the Bonaventure tour last weekend and I can’t recommend it enough! The guide, who’s been in Savannah forever, had the best stories. They provided bug spray, bottled water, and even umbrellas for the sun. Such a thoughtful touch! Definitely check it out if you're thinking of going. It’s perfect for history lovers!
