Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit for the tour, but it's generally more suited for ages 12 and up since it's a lot of walking and the history can get a bit in-depth. Younger kids might enjoy it if they can keep up, but older teens and adults will get the most out of it. Just keep in mind it might be tiring for little ones!
A: Comfortable shoes are a must because you’ll be walking for about 2.5 hours! Weather can change quickly in Boston, so layers are a good idea. Bring a light jacket if you're going in the fall or spring. And maybe a hat or sunscreen if it's sunny.
A: If there's rain in the forecast, check with Hub Town Tours a day before your tour. They usually operate rain or shine, but they might offer rescheduling options if the weather is really bad. Just bring an umbrella, and you'll be fine!

Just booked the Freedom Trail tour! Any tips?
I just got tickets for the Freedom Trail History Walking Tour for next month! I’m super excited but also a little nervous about the length. 2.5 hours sounds like a lot of walking. Should I worry about the pace? Any tips on what to bring?
Who else has done the Freedom Trail tour?
I did the Freedom Trail tour last fall and it was amazing! The guide had such a way of telling stories about Boston's history. We went to all the main sites, and it was nice being in a smaller group. Definitely worth the price (which was basically nothing for all you get). Anyone else had a great time?
