Q&A
A: Honestly, late spring to early fall is the sweet spot! The weather is usually nice, plus all those coastal towns like Rockport and Gloucester are in full swing with events and activities. If you can, aim for September; it’s less crowded but still beautiful! Just be mindful of any potential rain in spring.
A: Nope, there’s no strict age limit! Families are totally welcome. The tour guide can customize the trip based on your kids’ interests too. Just make sure your little ones can handle the travel time and walking around the towns, as there’s a lot to see!
A: Parking in Boston can be tricky, but there are usually garages nearby where you can park for the day. I’d recommend looking into parking apps to check availability and pricing beforehand. Also, consider taking public transit if you’re close enough, it might save you some hassle!

Planning a day trip to Salem and Cape Ann! Need tips!
Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting this private day trip from Boston for my friend’s birthday. I love the idea of exploring places like Rockport and Gloucester. Has anyone done this? What was your favorite part? Any tips on what to wear or things to do in Salem while we’re there?
Just went on the private day trip to Cape Ann and Salem!
I just got back from the private day trip to Salem and Cape Ann! It was amazing! We had the best guide who shared so much history. These coastal towns are super cute, especially Rockport with its colorful houses. We took tons of pics! Just a heads up, dress in layers; it got breezy near the coast.
