Q&A
A: Yes, this tour is definitely suitable for kids and teens! It's designed to be engaging with interesting stories and fun photo tips that kids will enjoy. Just make sure they have a smartphone or a camera to join in on the photography aspect. The pace is relaxed, so it shouldn't be too tiring for younger ones.
A: Dress comfortably! Boston’s weather can change, so layers are best. Wear good walking shoes since you’ll be on your feet for a couple of hours. Also, a light jacket might be handy if it gets breezy by the water. And don’t forget your phone or camera for all the amazing photo ops!
A: If the weather is really bad, like heavy rain or storms, the tour may get rescheduled. You should get a notification in advance. Otherwise, if it’s just light rain, they typically go ahead with it, so dress appropriately! It’s always a good idea to check the forecast before you go.

Just did the Boston Architecture Tour and loved it!
I went on the Boston Architecture, History + Photo Walking Tour last weekend and wow, it was amazing! Our guide knew so much about Beacon Hill and Back Bay. I took some great shots of Acorn Street! The tips on smartphone photography were super helpful. It’s such a lovely 2-hour stroll, perfect for a Saturday morning. Can’t recommend it enough!
Looking to book the Boston Walking Tour as a gift!
I’m thinking about getting the Boston walking tour as a gift for my friend who loves history and photography. They’re coming to Boston for the first time, so I think it’d be perfect! Has anyone done it recently? What should I keep in mind when gifting this experience?
