Q&A
A: I'd recommend wearing layers! The Beetle has no AC, so it can get warm, but it can also be breezy, especially along the coast. A light jacket or sweater is a good idea, and don't forget sunglasses! You might want to bring a hat too if you're sensitive to the sun.
A: No specific age limits! It's great for all ages, but kids need to be at least 8 years old and able to sit in the back seat. Just be sure to check with the provider if you have younger kids or need car seats.
A: If the weather's really bad, the tour will usually be rescheduled. They’re pretty flexible about that! Just keep an eye on the forecast and maybe reach out a day or two ahead of time to confirm.

Thinking of gifting the South Shore Coastal Driving Tour—any tips?
I’m considering getting the South Shore Coastal Driving Tour for my parents’ anniversary. They love vintage cars and exploring! I read it’s in a 1979 VW Beetle, which sounds so cool! Does anyone know how long the tour usually lasts? Also, is the food good? I'm debating if it’s worth it. Thanks!
Just did the Boston Coastal Driving Tour—what a blast!
I took this tour last weekend, and it was awesome! The 1979 VW Beetle is a blast to ride in. We saw some stunning ocean views and cute little towns. The picnic lunch was perfect with sandwiches and bottled water. Highly recommend it for a fun day out or as a gift!
