Just did the Breathwork and Ice Bath by the Ocean!

Wow, what an experience! It was surreal to do the breathwork right on the beach and then jump into the ice bath. The instructor was great, guiding us through everything. The views were stunning. I felt so refreshed after! Highly recommend it if you’re in Oahu and want something different.
