Q&A

Q: What should we wear for the Bridge, Puppies, and Summit Triple Combo tour?

A: Dress in layers! The weather can change quickly up there in Skagway. I recommend wearing a moisture-wicking base layer, a warm fleece, and a waterproof jacket. Don’t forget comfy shoes since you’ll be walking around at several photo stops and the dog sled camp. I wore my hiking boots, and they were perfect!

Q: Is there an age limit for the puppy playtime part of the tour?

A: No specific age limit, but kids should be accompanied by an adult. The puppy playtime is really popular with families, and it’s a great opportunity for all ages to interact with the dogs! Just make sure younger kids are ready for a bit of excitement because the puppies are super playful.

Q: How's the parking situation at Skagway for the tour?

A: Don’t worry about parking! The tour picks you up right at the cruise ship dock, so you won’t need to find a spot. It’s super convenient, especially if you’re coming off a cruise. Just be at the dock a little early to make sure you don’t miss the bus!

Just booked the Bridge, Puppies, and Summit tour! Any tips?

Hey everyone! I just bought the Bridge, Puppies, and Summit Triple Combo tour in Skagway for my partner and me. I’m super excited about the puppy playtime and all those scenic views! I heard the dog sled camp isn’t too touristy, which is awesome. Any must-know tips for this experience? What do you think about the wildlife chances?

Our family trip on the puppy and bridge tour!

We took the Bridge, Puppies, and Summit tour last week and it was AMAZING! The dog sledding with the puppies was the highlight for my kids. The tour guides were super knowledgeable about the area too. We made so many great stops, especially at the suspension bridge. I highly recommend it for families; just be ready for some walking!
