Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the helicopter tour? Is it cold up there?

A: Definitely dress in layers. It can be cooler up in the air, especially if you're flying early or late in the day. A light jacket is a good idea, but you don’t need anything super heavy. And don’t forget comfy shoes since you’ll be walking a little to get to the helicopter!

Q: Are kids allowed on this helicopter tour? How about younger kids?

A: Yes, kids can join as long as they're at least 2 years old. They’ll need to sit in their own seat, and they must weigh at least 40 lbs. It's a fantastic experience for the whole family—my 10-year-old loved it!

Q: What happens if the weather's bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather isn’t good enough to fly, they will reschedule your tour without any extra fees. Just keep an eye on the forecast and reach out to them if you have concerns. They’re really flexible!

Just booked the Bryce Canyon helicopter tour—so excited!

I just bought the 30-minute helicopter tour over Bryce Canyon for my boyfriend's birthday next month! It departs from the Bryce Canyon Airport, and we’ll fly over Rainbow Point and Fairyland. He’s a huge photographer, so I know he’ll love the views. Does anyone have tips on the best time of day to go for photos?

Helicopter tour was INCREDIBLE!

I took the Bryce Canyon helicopter tour last weekend, and wow, it was a game changer! The views of the Bristlecone Pines and Natural Bridge were out of this world. Our pilot was super knowledgeable too. Just a heads up, it's a bit of a bumpy ride, so if you're prone to motion sickness, take precautions!
