Q&A
A: Yes, generally you need to be at least 21 years old to participate in any tasting tours at the distilleries. However, minors can still join if they're not participating in the tastings. It's best to check with Bourbon Experience for any specific policies before booking.
A: Casual is definitely the way to go! Most people wear comfortable clothes and shoes since you'll be walking around the distilleries. If you're planning to stop at that fancy steakhouse afterward, you might want to dress up a bit for that part, but overall, it's laid-back.
A: You can typically reschedule as long as you give them enough notice. I'd suggest reaching out to Bourbon Experience directly to confirm their specific policy. They’re pretty flexible as long as you contact them a few days in advance!

Just did the distillery tour and it was amazing!
I just got back from the Bourbon Experience tour in Louisville and wow, I was blown away! We visited Four Roses and Woodford Reserve, and the tastings were on point. The whole setup was super easy, they picked us up right from our hotel downtown. Plus, we ended the day at this really nice steakhouse. Totally worth the money for anyone who loves bourbon!
Looking to gift this distillery tour, but need advice!
So, I'm thinking about gifting this distillery tour to my boyfriend for his birthday. He's a big bourbon fan but has never done a tour. How do the tastings work? Are they generous pours? Also, any tips for choosing which distilleries to focus on?
