Q&A

Q: Can we reschedule the tour if something comes up?

A: Yes, you can usually reschedule the tour. It's best to contact Opatrip directly as soon as you know you need to change the date. They are pretty flexible, but it's good to give them at least 48 hours' notice if you can.

Q: What should we wear for this tour? Is it mostly outdoors?

A: You should wear comfortable clothes and good walking shoes since you’ll be outside at places like the Battle Green and Old North Bridge. Layers are a good idea, too, since it can get chilly near the river. The tour does have a car, but you’ll want to be ready for some walking.

Q: What age range is this tour suitable for?

A: This tour is great for all ages! Kids will likely enjoy the history and storytelling, especially at the Minutemen National Park. Just keep in mind that younger kids may get bored if it runs too long, so consider their attention spans. You can customize the tour a bit based on who you're taking.

Just did the Cambridge & Concord tour – here’s my experience!

I recently booked the private half-day tour in Boston, and wow, it was amazing! Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared so many cool stories about Harvard and MIT. The best part was standing at the Lexington Battle Green where the first shots were fired. The car was comfy, and we could ask questions along the way. Highly recommend this for anyone who loves history!

Considering this tour but have some concerns!

I’m looking at this Cambridge, Lexington, and Concord tour for my dad’s birthday. He loves history but isn’t in the best shape. Is it mostly walking or can you stay in the car most of the time? Also, how’s parking around Boston? I’ve heard it can be a nightmare.
