Q&A
A: Yes, the Canandaigua Lake Brewery Tour is for those 21 and over since it's a brewery tour and involves beer tastings. They do check IDs, so make sure to bring yours. If you're looking to gift it to someone younger, maybe consider a non-alcoholic experience instead.
A: If you choose the Great Growlers plus Lunch option, you'll get a delicious pub-style lunch included in your day. The lunch venue can vary depending on the breweries visited, but I've heard they usually pick a cozy spot with great food. Just make sure to let them know in advance that you want that option when you book.
A: Casual and comfy is the way to go! You might be doing some walking, so wear sneakers or comfortable shoes. As for the hotel pick-up, yes, they do offer that for select hotels in Rochester, but just make sure to request it when you book. It makes things so much easier!

Just got back from the Canandaigua Lake Brewery Tour!
Wow, what an amazing time! I just did the Great Growlers plus Lunch tour, and it was worth every penny. We visited four breweries with beautiful lakeside views. The guide was super knowledgeable about the history of brewing in the Finger Lakes. The lunch was at this cute place called The Bee Hive, and the burgers were killer! I highly recommend it for anyone who loves craft beer.
Thinking of gifting the Brewery Tour for my husband’s birthday!
I’m considering the Canandaigua Lake Brewery Tour for my husband’s birthday in October. He loves beer and I feel like this could be a fun experience! Does anyone know if the weather affects the tour, or if they have a backup plan for rain?
