Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for this tour? Can kids go?

A: Yes, kids are welcome on this tour! There’s no strict age limit, but Redtail Air recommends kids be at least 3 years old to enjoy the experience and wear headsets. Just keep in mind that younger kids might need a little coaxing to stay still in the plane.

Q: What should we wear on the tour? Is there any specific gear needed?

A: Dress in layers! It can get pretty chilly up in the air, especially in the morning or evening. Comfortable shoes are a must since you'll be moving to and from the plane. Also, don’t forget sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun reflecting off the rocks.

Q: Can you reschedule if the weather is bad?

A: Absolutely! Redtail Air is super flexible with weather-related cancellations. If conditions aren’t right for flying, they’ll work with you to find another day that works. Just be sure to check their policy when you book.

Just booked the Canyonlands and Arches Combo Airplane Tour!

I'm so excited! I just got this for my sister's birthday. She's always been obsessed with national parks and I think seeing them from the air will blow her mind. We're flying out of Moab and the tour lasts about 80 minutes. Can’t wait to spot Delicate Arch from the plane!

Considering the Canyonlands and Arches tour for my dad's retirement!

Hey everyone! I really want to get my dad something special for his retirement, and he loves nature. How's the view from this airplane tour? Is it suitable for someone who's not super fit? Any tips?
