I've taught Beach Yoga for 14 years in our quaint tourist town of Cape May, NJ. I love the opportunity to provide visitors and locals with an unforgettable experience. I've learned how to provide the ultimate Beach Yoga class! I love being able to have our class right out on the beach and I teach it in a way that keeps us from getting all sandy while allowing everyone to enjoy a class that is both relaxing and powerful.

Q&A

Q: How do I reschedule if the weather's bad?

A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, the instructor usually reaches out to everyone via email or text to arrange a new date. Just keep an eye on the forecast and check your messages. It's a super flexible system, so you shouldn't have any worries!

Q: Is there an age limit for kids to join?

A: There's no strict age limit! Kids can join as long as they can participate in the class. It's super fun for all ages, and there's usually a good vibe with families. Just check with the instructor if you're unsure about your little ones.

Q: What should I wear for beach yoga?

A: Wear something comfortable that you can easily move in, like shorts or a tank top. Flip-flops are okay to get to the spot, but you might want to go barefoot for the class. Bring a towel or mat to sit on, and don't forget sunscreen!

Just did beach yoga in Cape May - what an experience!

I just got back from the Cape May Beach Yoga class, and I can't recommend it enough! It was a lovely morning with the sun rising, and the instructor was super chill. The aromatherapy was a nice touch that really helped me relax. Definitely make sure to book ahead, though; it gets busy during the summer! Can’t wait to go back with my friends next time!

Thinking of gifting beach yoga for my mom's birthday!

I found this Cape May Beach Yoga experience, and it seems like the perfect gift for my mom! She loves yoga and the beach, but I'm a bit worried about how she'd handle the sand. Anyone done this? Is it really sandy, or do they keep you off it? Also, how long do the classes usually last?
