Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but it's recommended for kids 5 and older. They should be able to sit still and enjoy the ride for the full two hours. Plus, the naturalist does a great job of engaging kids—my 7-year-old loved spotting wildlife!

Q: What should I wear for this eco-tour? Is it bumpy?

A: Definitely wear comfortable clothes! The safari vehicle can get a bit bumpy, so leave the heels at home. Closed-toed shoes are a must—sneakers work great. Also, a hat and sunscreen are smart since you’ll be out in the sun!

Q: How easy is it to reschedule if plans change?

A: You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your tour, which is pretty reasonable! Just make sure to call customer service, they’ve been super helpful when I had to change my date last minute.
