A: They do have a cancellation policy based on the weather. If they decide to cancel due to unsafe conditions, they usually let you know a day in advance and offer a refund or reschedule options. I went last month and there was a storm warning, but they kept us updated. So just keep an eye on the forecast the week before your trip!

Q: Is there an age limit for this tour? Thinking of getting it for my kids.

A: No specific age limit, but kids love it! Just be aware that the tour can be a bit long for younger ones. My 5-year-old was a little restless, but the views kept her engaged. They do provide booster seats if needed, too!

Q: How long is the ferry ride to Catalina? I’m prone to seasickness.

A: The ferry ride is about an hour each way. If you're worried about seasickness, you might want to take some ginger candies or Dramamine before you board. Most of the ride is smooth, but it can get a bit rocky at times. Just be prepared!

Amazing day on Catalina Island!

We did the Discover Avalon tour last week, and it was epic! The boat ride was smooth, and the tour guide shared such cool stories about the island. Don't miss the little shops in Avalon, they have some unique souvenirs. Totally worth it!
