Q: Is there an age limit for participating in the Center Tour & Meditation Experience?

A: There's no specific age limit for the Center Tour & Meditation Experience. The environment is very welcoming for all ages. I've seen kids come with their parents and older folks too! Just make sure to check with the center if anyone in your group has special needs or requires specific accommodations.

Q: What should I wear to the Center Tour & Meditation Experience?

Q: Can this experience be rescheduled if needed?

A: Yes! The meditation center understands that things come up. You can usually reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Just reach out to them directly, and they’re super accommodating!

Considering gifting the Center Tour & Meditation Experience!

Hey everyone! I'm thinking about gifting the Center Tour & Meditation Experience to my sister for her birthday. She’s been super stressed lately. I’ve heard the atmosphere is really calming and they give you a meditation book! Has anyone done this before? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Just did the Center Tour & Meditation Experience — wow!

Had the opportunity to visit the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center last week! The whole vibe was so chill and peaceful. The meditation was easy to follow, and I really felt a difference afterward. The staff was super friendly too! Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a nice getaway in Houston.
