Q&A

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of our tour?

A: If it rains, the tour can be rescheduled for another day. Just make sure to contact the provider ahead of time to check availability. It’s best to keep an eye on the weather leading up to your tour, so you can plan accordingly. Also, they usually can accommodate changes if you provide notice!

Q: Is this tour good for kids? What age is best?

A: Yes! It’s super family-friendly. Kids of all ages will enjoy the fun stories about the park and seeing all the famous spots. Just keep in mind, younger kids might get tired after an hour or so of walking, so plan some breaks. The guides are great at keeping things entertaining for the little ones!

Q: What should we wear for the walking tour?

A: Comfort is key! Wear comfy shoes since you'll be walking quite a bit. Layers are a good idea too, especially in spring or fall, since it can get chilly. And don’t forget your sunglasses and a hat for the sunny days. You’ll want to look good for those photos!

Considering the Central Park Private Walking Tour as a gift!

Hey everyone! I’m thinking of getting the Central Park Private Walking Tour for my parents' anniversary. They love photography and have always wanted to explore more of the park. The idea of a guided tour with a photog sounds perfect! Has anyone done this? How were the photos? Thinking about booking for a weekend this fall, any tips?

Just did the Central Park Private Walking Tour—what a blast!

OMG, I just got back from the Central Park Private Walking Tour and it was SO much fun! Our guide was super knowledgeable and the photographer snapped some stunning shots of us at Bethesda Terrace. We even got to pose by the Alice in Wonderland statue! I can't wait to get the pics—I think it’s a brilliant way to capture memories. Can’t recommend it enough!
