Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the food tour?

A: No age restrictions! This tour is perfect for everyone, kids included. Just keep in mind that some food may not be to younger palates, but there are plenty of options. Plus, the guides are great with kids, making it fun for the whole family.

Q: What should I wear for the food tour? Is it outdoors?

A: Comfort is key! The tour takes you through the streets of Charleston, so wear something casual and comfortable. I’d suggest comfy walking shoes since you’ll be on your feet a lot. A light jacket might be good if it’s chilly in the mornings.

Q: Is there a chance the tour could be canceled due to weather?

A: Yes, weather can affect the tour, especially heavy rain. They usually do their best to reschedule rather than cancel. If it looks stormy, definitely check closer to the date. They’ll notify you about any changes, so it’s good to keep an eye on your email.

Thinking about gifting the Charleston Food Tour! Anyone tried it?

I’m looking to surprise my partner with the Charleston French Quarter Food Tour for our anniversary. I heard you get to taste shrimp & grits and that secret dish sounds intriguing! Not sure if it’s more suited for foodies or if anyone can enjoy it? Any tips on the best time to go?

Just did the brunch food tour in Charleston!

OMG, the brunch tour was amazing! The spinach & feta quiche was to die for, and those crispy fried green tomatoes? Wow! Our guide was super knowledgeable about the area’s history too. Totally worth the price and a great way to spend a Saturday morning in Charleston!
