Q&A
A: Yes, participants typically need to be at least 12 years old due to safety regulations, but younger kids may be allowed if they can meet the height and weight requirements. It's best to check with Caleb directly to confirm the specific limits and if you can bring younger adventurers along. They'll ensure everyone is safe and having a blast!
A: Definitely wear comfortable, quick-drying clothes, and don’t forget your sturdy shoes! The hike can get muddy because of the tropical rains, so avoid flip-flops. I wore leggings and an old pair of sneakers, and it worked perfectly. Just be prepared for some splashes when you’re rappelling down!
A: Yes! If the weather isn’t safe for rappelling, Caleb will contact you to reschedule. Safety is a priority, so they’re pretty good about keeping an eye on conditions. Just keep your schedule flexible, and you’ll have a blast when you do go!

Just went rappelling in Oahu and it was AMAZING!
I just got back from the Chasing Waterfalls rappelling experience with Caleb, and wow, it was everything I hoped for! The hike to the waterfall was so beautiful, seriously some of the best views I've ever seen. Rappelling down the waterfall was a bit nerve-wracking at first, but Caleb made sure we all felt safe the whole time. Totally recommend this for anyone looking to push their limits while enjoying Hawaii's nature!
Thinking of gifting this experience, any thoughts?
I'm considering getting the Chasing Waterfalls rappelling experience for my sister's birthday. She's adventurous but has never rappelled before. Is it suitable for beginners? I want her to have fun but also feel safe. Any tips or past experiences would be appreciated!
