Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this Chelsea Galleries tour? Can I bring my kids?

A: No specific age limit! Kids are welcome, but I’d recommend it for ages 10 and up since they might appreciate the art more. Just keep in mind that it’s a two-hour walking tour, so make sure they’re up for it! My 12-year-old loved it!

Q: What should we wear for the tour? Is it casual or more upscale?

A: Definitely go for casual and comfortable! You'll be walking a lot, especially on the High Line, so wear good shoes. I wore sneakers and a comfy outfit. You might want to consider layers too since it can get windy up there!

Q: Can we reschedule if something comes up? What’s the policy?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just give them a heads up at least 48 hours in advance. Super flexible, which is great because life happens! I rescheduled once and it was really easy.

Chelsea Galleries tour - what to expect?

I’m really curious about this Chelsea Galleries tour. How many galleries do you actually visit? Is it mostly about the High Line, or do you spend more time inside the galleries? I’m trying to decide if it’d be a good fit for a friend who loves contemporary art.
