Q&A
A: The duration really depends on you! Since it's a self-guided tour, you can take as long as you'd like at each stop. Most people spend about 2-3 hours, but if you're stopping to really enjoy the chocolate or take photos, it could go longer. Just make sure you start before the shops close!
A: Nope, there's no official age limit! It's designed for chocolate lovers of all ages. However, keep in mind that younger kids might need some guidance with the clues. It’s a fun family activity!
A: You’ll be mostly outdoors walking around, so wear comfy shoes! The stops are mostly in the Loop and River North area, which can be a bit of a walk. Dress for the weather, but you can always pop into shops to cool off or warm up. A light sweater might be good if you’re going in fall!

Just did the Chicago Chocolate Tour - awesome experience!
I just finished the Chicago Chocolate Tour with my girlfriend and it was a blast! We used the eATLAS app to guide us through the Loop and River North, stopping at 8 chocolate places. We both loved the history tied to each stop, especially learning about Milton Hershey. The clues made it fun and interactive. It ended up taking us about 3 hours since we couldn’t resist sampling almost everything!
Thinking about gifting the Chocolate Tour - any thoughts?
My sister's birthday is coming up, and she’s a huge chocolate fan! I’m thinking of getting her the Chicago Chocolate Tour as a gift. Has anyone done it? Any tips or insights? I want to make sure she enjoys it. Would it be better to go alone or with friends?
